Welcome to Wembury After School Club. We run Early Bird, After School and Holiday Clubs for Primary School children in Wembury. After School Club runs 3.10pm – 6.00pm during term time and Holiday Club runs 8.30am – 6.00pm during the school holidays. There is also the Early Bird Club running from 8.15 in the morning during term time, giving you the opportunity to drop your children a little earlier, allowing the extra time needed to get across town for a 9.00am start.
We aim to offer a wide range of different activities each session which have included pottery, football, badge making, karaoke and rounders to name a few; but above all we give the children the opportunity to play and make new friends. The children are all given a snack and drink during the afternoon, which varies from cheese and crackers to toast and spreads depending on the day. There is always fruit and milk available. During the holidays the children bring their own packed lunches but are provided with snacks mid-morning and mid-afternoon. The Early Bird Club does not provide food.
Costs per child per session (as at December 2005):
- Early Bird Club £1
- After School Club £6
- Holiday Club £13 all day £8 half day
To guarantee a place it is necessary to book in advance, but you can always phone the evening before to check late availability for the following day. The Club is available for use on a casual basis, subject to availability of spaces - for instance you might just want a day out shopping in Exeter and not want to rush back for 3.00pm! There is no booking required for the Early Bird Club, just drop your child off with the money.
We require a Registration Form to be completed for all children using the clubs, and payment in advance.
